Chhattisgarh Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana released installment

launched by the state government Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana A budget of Rs 5750 crore was earmarked in the scheme to benefit the farmers. In this scheme, to provide better benefits to the farmers of their paddy crop, Rs.10,000 per acre for paddy production, Rs.13 thousand per acre for sugarcane cultivation will be financed, along with which Rs. 17 lakh Farmers’ loans will be waived.

So far, many farmers of the state have been benefited through this scheme, under which an amount of Rs 1525 crore 97 lakh was allocated to 18 lakh farmers in the first installment by the government in the month of May and the second installment Rs 1522 crore 3 lakh. The amount of Rs 1500 crore was released in their bank accounts in the month of August and the third installment of Rs 1500 crore was released on 1 November 2021.

• The benefit of this scheme will be available to all the farmers of the state to get support price for their paddy crop.

• For the better operation of this scheme, a budget of Rs 5750 was set by the government in it, which the government will transfer to the farmers through DBT in four installments.
• Under the scheme, the state government has announced to provide financial assistance to the farmers suffering from economic problems due to the deterioration of the economy due to Kovid-19 infection.
• Under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, in 2019, financial assistance of Rs 10000 per hectare was provided by the government to the farmers for the Kharif crop.
• Under the scheme, more than 18 lakh farmers were allocated an amount of 1500 rupees of the first installment of the scheme.
• Those farmers of the state who have their own agricultural land or who do not have their own agricultural land and they cultivate in the fields of others, they will also be able to get the benefit of the scheme.
• Under the scheme, the number of forest produce to be purchased on support price has been increased from Rs.7 to Rs.25.
• Under Chhattisgarh Nyay Yojana, sugarcane farmers will be paid Rs 13,000 per acre by the government.
