• After this you will get three new options – e-Certificate Verification, Certified Trainee Search, Marksheet Download
• Out of these you have to choose the option “Marksheet Download”.
• In the new web page you will have to enter some details like – Roll No. / Registration No. and click on the “Search” button.
• After this you have to select “Exam System and Semester” in the drop list and press the “Search” button.
• You will get the NCVT MIS Mark Sheet on the screen.
• After this you can download your all semester mark sheet.

ITI Certificate Online Download Process

• First of all you have to visit the official portal website of NCVT https://ncvtmis.gov.in/ has to be opened.
• Under the ‘Trainee’ tab in the menu of the home page of the portal, the option “Trainee Profile” has to be selected.
• In the new page you have to enter some details like registration number, father’s name, date of birth and captcha code and click on the “Submit” button.
• Your profile will open in a new page.
• Towards the bottom of the web page, you will get the options for different semesters and marksheets.
• Now you have to select the semester result and marksheet you have seen.
• You will get the results as soon as you select.
• To download your certificate, you have to come to the back page and select the “Certificate” option.
• In the new page, your ITI certificate will be displayed, which will be colored and has to be printed.
• After viewing your certificate, you have to download the certificate by selecting the ‘Print’ option.

• You have to choose the result option on the home page of the portal.
• In the new page, you have to enter your “ITI Registration Number” and also give your Roll Number.
• After that you have to select your semester and click on “Search” option.
• After getting the results of your search you have to download the ITI Marksheet.

Registering a Grievance on the Portal

If any ITI student is facing any kind of problem in downloading their mark sheet, then they can give their grievance on the portal itself. The process of online grievance on the portal will be as follows –

• First of all you have to open the official portal website of your NCVT MIS.
• On the home page of the portal, you have to select the option “Complaint Tool” in the menu.
• In the new page you will get two options – Complaint Tool and Grievance
• Out of these you have to choose the “Grievance” option.
• You will get two new options – Log Grievance and Grievance View
• Out of these you have to choose the “Log Grievance” option.
• You will get the option to enter “Grievance Details” on the new page.
• In this, after entering “Trainee Name”, you have to choose Grievance Type.
• Now after typing the registration number, you have to select the semester/year and press the “Next” button.
• In this way your complaint will be registered.
