Example 2. What is the percentage to get 50 apples out of 1250 apples?
For this, the equation will be, 50/1250 = 0.04, the percentage of apples to be obtained will be obtained by placing them in the fraction of the total number of apples.
And 0.04 x 100 = 4%, multiplying the number obtained from the first equation by 100 will be the percentage of 50 apples out of total apples.
