Online Registration Process on UIDSE Plus Portal

• First of all you have to visit the official website of UDIS http://udiseplus.gov.in has to be opened.
• Go to the “Login” option on the home page of the web portal.
• Here you have to select the option “Login for School Directory / User Management”.
• After this you have to choose the option “School User Registration”.
• In the next webpage you have to click on the big “Continue” button to read the instructions for registration.
• You will get the online school user registration form.
• Enter all the information being sought in this form and press the “Next” button.
• After this you have to enter your personal details and press the “Next” button.
• Now an OTP will be received on your mobile.
• Enter this OTP in the prescribed box and press the “Submit” button.
• In this way the registration process of your school will be completed.

View School Registration on UDISE Plus Portal

• First of all, you have to open the official web portal of UDIS at udiseplus.gov.in/.
• Now on the home page of the website, the option “Registration Status” has to be selected.
• You will get a menu in the next web page in front of you.
• You have to enter the State Name, District, Block, Udis Code in the form and click on “Get Details” button to enter the displayed captcha code.
• Now you will get the details of the school.
• After this the user has to update all the details with his mobile number.
• Now you can select the Register option to complete the registration process.

GET SCHOOL UDIS CODE UDISE Plus Portal

The Ministry of Education gives a UDISE code to all schools to verify their identity through this web portal. If a school is newly formed, it can obtain its unique identification code by following the procedure mentioned below.

• First of all, you have to go to the office of the District MIS Officer with some important certificates of your school like school recognition certificate.
• These rules will be valid on recognized and unrecognized schools.
• District MIS user has to apply for getting UDISE code through “School Directory Management” in UDISE system.
• There will be flow for State MIS users for approval of application.
• State MIS users will verify the application and recommend any clarifications at the district level.
• There is a single authority for UDISE code for state level school.
• After the verification process is completed at the State MIS level, the application will be sent to the Ministry of Education for generation of UDISE code.
• The process of generation of UDISE code is completed in about a week.

View school information on the UDISE Plus portal

• Select the “Know Your School” option on the home page of the web portal.
• In the next web page box, you will find 3 options under the “Know Your School” menu.
• You have to choose any one of these three options Search by Udis Code, Search by Name or Search by Pin code according to you.

• If the details are correct then the details of the school will be displayed on your screen.

Updating school details in UIDSE Plus portal

All the schools which have been successfully registered on UDIS have to update their school details by following the procedure given below –

• After this, you have to choose the option “Login to school directory /user management” in the menu you get.
• Now you have to press the “Login” button by entering your username, password and captcha code in the new window menu.
• After you login to the website, you have to select the option “School Update Module” on the web page.
• You will get the webpage of update school details on the screen.
• Now on the new web page, you have to press the Generate button in front of which of the school profile, school location and contact details you want to update.
• You have to enter the 11 digit UDIS Code of the school on the new web page and click on the “GO” button.
• You will see the details of UDIS Code, School Name, School Status, Category, School Management and Type etc. on the new web page.
• After this you have to upload the A10 form by going to the document section to upload the certificates.
• Now you have to enter the reason for changing the details and after that enter the captcha code and press the “Proceed” button.
• After pressing the button, a request to update the primary information of the school will be registered on your portal.
• In this way, you have to enter the location information of the school, other important information, contact details and head school details, etc. by the process mentioned.
