What is CCC course?

The CCC course is run by an organization called NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics Information Technology). This course is also called “Computer Concept Course” in Hindi, DOEACC CCC and NIELIT CCC. NIELIT is also known as Doake Society which is an autonomous scientific society controlled by the government. This institute conducts CCC and BCC examinations once in every month. These courses are government certified courses.

CCC Course Duration

This computer course lasts for a minimum duration of 80 days. During this time, after going through the syllabus of the course properly, the trainee also has to appear for an examination. The institute issues the certificate only after passing this exam. To complete the course, these 80 hours have been divided into 80 days i.e. 1 hour each day. However, this time period may be more or less due to change in the course limit according to the study program of different institutions.

Process of CCC course

• You can start this course by paying a fee of Rs 590 by going to the center of NIELIT. Here after learning the syllabus of the course you will get the certificate on passing the exam.
• Or you can register online for the course exam by visiting the NIELIT website and after paying the exam fee of Rs 590, you will have to take the online exam after self-study.
• You have to mention in your exam application form that in which city and in which month you wish to appear for the exam.
• You will also get a notification on the email id from the department at the time of your exam. In this you will get the details of exam center, admit card and exam timings.
• The application fee for the examination can be paid through Debit / Credit card, Netbanking, NEFT, RTGS, CSC-SPV etc.

Exam Pattern in CCC Course

The examination of this course has been kept computer-based, which is conducted online. In the exam you have to answer multiple choice questions. You will be awarded 1 mark for each correct answer. This exam will be of total 90 minutes (one and half hour) time. There is no provision of negative marking system in this examination. According to the marks obtained by the candidates in the examination, they are awarded ‘Grade Certificates’.

Online Application Process of CCC Course

Any candidate who wants to take admission in CCC course has to fill an online application form. The information to fill the online application form of the course will be as follows –

• First of all you have the official portal of the department student.nielit.gov.in has to be opened.
• On the home page of the portal, you have to select the “Apply Online” option.
• You will get a new web page which will have various course options.
• Out of these, you have to choose the option “Course on Computer Concepts” under the section ‘IT Literacy Program’.
• In the new web page, you have to tick the declaration and press the “I agree and proceed” button.
• After this “CCC Examination Application Form” will be displayed on the screen.
• All the details sought in this application form like – registration details, application personal details, address, qualification, exam details etc. have to be entered.
• After this, you have to upload the scanned copy of the certificates asked in the application like passport size photo, signature, thumb impression.
• Now after entering the captcha code in the form, you have to tick the declaration and press the “Submit” button.

CCC Course Admit Card Download Process

• To download the admit card of CCC, first of all you have to visit its official portal student.nielit.gov.in has to be opened.
• In the home page of the portal, you have to select the option of “Download Admit Card”.
• After this you will get the web page.
• In this page you will get the list of various courses.
• Here you have to choose the option “Courses on Computer Concepts” under the section ‘IT Literacy Programme’.
• A ‘promissory note’ will be displayed in front of you.
• After reading this, after ticking the declaration form, you have to press the ‘Agree’ button.
• Admit card download form will be displayed in front of you.
• After entering the details sought in this form, you have to press the “Submit” button.
• Now CCC Admit Card will be displayed to you.
• You have to save and download it.
