• The applicant must belong to the working class of the unorganized sector.
• Only permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh will be able to register under the scheme.
• The labor family should be registered with the Labor Department.
• If the rank in the JEE MAINS exam is below 1 lakh 50 thousand, if you get full fees and grants for admission in a government engineering college or 1 lakh 50 thousand on taking admission in a private engineering university or the actual tuition fee, whichever is less, will be paid.
• For medical studies, through NEET entrance examination, MBBS / BDS course of medical or dental college of Central or State Government or MBBS course of private medical located in Madhya Pradesh has been obtained. Those institutes of Government of India which give admission in MBBS course on the basis of examination conducted by themselves, those candidates will also be eligible.
• Those candidates will also be considered eligible under this scheme, who have taken admission in National Law Universities and Delhi University through Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) or examination conducted by themselves for the study of Law.
• The benefit of this scheme will also be available on taking admission in the courses of graduation courses and integrated PG programs and dual degree courses (which includes bachelor’s degree with master’s degree) conducted in all the universities and institutes of the Central and State Government.
• On taking admission in all the graduation courses run in all government and aided colleges/universities of the state government and PG courses under the higher education department of the state, all diploma courses run in polytechnic colleges and ITI (not including Global Skill Park) .
• Those taking admission in Diploma/Degree and Certificate courses in Government Medical College or Paramedical Science run under it will also be considered eligible under the scheme.
