• If any member other than the head of the family dies, then that family will also not be considered eligible for applying in this scheme. Through the scheme, financial assistance will be given only on the death of the head of the poor family.

   • death certificate number
   • date of death
   • age of deceased
   • Relationship of the applicant with the deceased etc.
7. Upload your signature and select any certificate related to the age of the deceased person (like Aadhaar Card, Voter ID) if any.
8. After filling all the fields, now you have to type the captcha code in the empty box.
9. After this, tick mark the declaration given below Verify.
