1. Delhi Chief Minister Free Scholarship Scheme The students applying in will be from SC/ST/OBC/EWS category.
2. All applicants must be permanent residents of Delhi.
3. Applicant must have done 10th 12th from a recognized school in Delhi.
4. If the income of the applicant’s family from all sources is Rs 2 lakh or less, then the government will bear the entire cost of coaching.
5. If the total income of the applicant is between Rs. 2 lakh to Rs. 6 lakh, then the government will bear 75% of the expenditure by the government.
6. If a student applies for the second time in this scheme, then only 50% of the expenditure will be received from the government. While he will have to bear the rest of the expenses himself.

Eligibility for Coaching Center:

• The coaching institute must be registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 / or under the Companies Act 2013, only then it will be eligible to provide benefits under this scheme.
• It is necessary to have at least 100 students in the course, as well as the coaching should be active for the last 3 years.
