If you are not able to login after entering your username and password, then the first thing you have to do is to turn off the “Capelock” button on the keyboard. After that try to login again. Second, the login fails if your password has expired. For security reasons, you should change your password every 15 days.
What to do if you forget the login password of the portal?
You have to send a request for a new password by selecting the link “Unable to Access my Account link” on the login page of the Portal. You can also request for a new User ID if you wish. You will receive a new user ID and password from CMGI within 7 working days of sending your request.
