In this, a budget of Rs 1200 crore has been fixed and about 30000 startup units will be set up through which employment will be provided to the unemployed on the basis of their skills.

Chief Minister Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme : (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme / NAP) If a person does training (apprenticeship) in any industry under this scheme, then he will get an honorarium of Rs. 2500 / = by the government. In this honorarium amount, 1500 rupees will be given by the central government and the remaining amount of 1000 rupees will be allocated by the state government.
3. District Skill Development Scheme : Under this scheme, a committee will be formed under the chairmanship of District Magistrate (DM) which will connect the youth of the state with this scheme. Apart from this, all unemployed youth will also be registered under this scheme.
4. recognition of prior learning : Through this scheme, the skill (skill) mapping of all those artisans / youths who are associated with traditional self-employment will be done and they will also be provided with its certificate. So that they can further identify their skills.
